A guided helicopter tour of Oahu is definitely not something you do every day, and this tour adds to the level of excitement by removing the doors and allowing the wind to rush through the cabin. The tour begins by flying over Waikiki’s shoreline, where picturesque white sand beaches collide with the bustling city of Honolulu. You will surely enjoy the unobstructed views of Oahu’s most famous landmarks while imagining you are Magnum P.I. from the hit 1980’s T.V. show.

From there, fly around Oahu’s leeward coast and be treated to views of Diamond Head, Koko Head, and the striking red and white Makapuu Point Lighthouse. As your pilot continues to follow the coast to the island’s windward side, you will pass over Kailua Beach and the famous natural landmark known as Chinaman’s Hat. As the tour continues, you will get to enjoy views of Kaaawa Valley (Jurassic Valley) and Sacred Falls, which few visitors experience because the falls are only accessible by air.
