Directions

Seating for parties of more than 6, or weighing a combined 1000lbs, will be seated across multiple aircraft. Please provide accurate body weights as our ability to execute tours depends on this.
Passengers over 240 lbs must book a Mandatory Comfort Seat for extra weight and space, in addition to your selected seat.

Information

Wear solid, dark-colored clothing. Our helicopters are temperature controlled, so dress comfortably but wear dark clothing. This will cause less reflection in the windows, allowing a clear view of all the sights. We recommend closed-toed shoes.
Do not go SCUBA diving within 24 hours or SNUBA 12 hours prior to your tour. You may snorkel or swim prior to your tour and there is no risk in SCUBA or SNUBA after your helicopter tour.
Please arrive on time to check in. This will make your whole tour experience go more smoothly as we do need to complete a required safety briefing and prepare each passenger prior to the tour.

Any request for a refund prior to 72 hours is honored with a full cash refund.

In the event of cancellation or request a change to your reservation, please note the following. For most Hawai'i Tours & Activities originating from O'ahu, there is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability.

No refunds are issued for any tours within the 72-hour period prior to the start of your tour.

Are there any weight restrictions?

Each guest weighing 240 lbs or more must purchase an empty seat to balance the aircraft. The charge of a comfort seat is reduced to 50% of the regular tour price. The combined front row seat weight must be under 240 lbs. Should actual weights during check-in exceed any of these limits, guests will be accommodated in other seats and a refund will be made for the premium upgrade fee.
Can I purchase photos and videos of the tour?

High-definition USB in-flight photo and video packages will be available after the flight for purchase.
Is transportation to and from the heliport included?

Transportation to and from the heliport is not included.
