Hana Coast & Haleakala Crater
See Two Of Maui’s Most Popular Destinations
See two of the most popular destinations on Maui – Hana and Haleakala crater! For every waterfall along the road to Hana there are dozens of other waterfalls higher up the slopes and valleys that you would never see unless you’re on a helicopter tour. Rising above Hana is Haleakala volcano and it’s 10,000 crater rim. Flying over the crater you’ll see the interior cinder cones of this 7 mile long and 2600 ft deep volcanic valley!

See Inside Haleakala Crater
From Kahului heliport this tour flies down Maui’s north shore and its surf hotspot Hookipa Bay. Continuing down the coastline you’ll view the largest rainforest in the United States known as the Hana side. You’ll see waterfalls flowing into the ocean from stunning ocean cliffs, Hana’s black sand beach, Hana town and maybe even spot some whales or dolphins in the ocean below. Next you’ll ascend to 10,000 ft high Haleakala crater. This dormant volcano’s summit is like another world with it’s barren, multi-colored cliff faces and bright red cinder cones. From here you can also see the Big Island as you fly along the leeward side and past the ranches and farmlands of central Maui while returning to the heliport.
