A supplementary seating charge is applicable to passengers weighing 240 lbs and above during check-in. We request weight information from all passengers at the time of booking, emphasizing its accuracy to uphold the comfort and safety standards for everyone on board. At check-in, we verify the weights of all passengers to ensure safety measures are met. In instances where a passenger's weight provided at booking is inaccurate and affects flight safety, regrettably, no refunds will be issued.

Morning departures take off at 9 am, and afternoon departures take off at 3:30 pm.

Rules

Any request for a refund 72 hours or more before the tour or activity starts is honored with a full refund.

No refunds are issued for any cancellations inside the 72-hour period, prior to the start of your tour. There is no refund for no-shows. There is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability outside of the 72-hour cancellation period.

The weight and balance of helicopters is an important part of our safety protocol. An Extra Seat fee is assessed for any guests weighing 240 lbs and over at the time of check-in.
What If It’s Raining Or The Weather Is Bad?

A flight will not be canceled due to weather unless it is deemed unsafe to fly or visibility is poor. We will defer to both the team on the ground who monitors the weather as well as the pilot flying the tour to decide whether or not a flight is safe.
What Should I Wear For The Tour?

We recommend removing earrings as they can interfere with the seal on the headset and potentially be uncomfortable. The tightly fitting headsets may also bend or damage certain styles of earrings. We also recommend wearing darker colored clothing as lighter clothing will cause a reflection in any windows and show up in your photos as well as the photos of other guests.
