Your check-in time will be 40 minutes prior to your flight time. Per the FAA we are required to determine each passenger’s exact weight. This includes shoes, all clothing, and personal belongings such as camera equipment and purses. It is therefore necessary that you bring to your check-in everything that you would like to wear and have with you on your tour.

Additional Important Info: There are NO shuttling services to the airport from the office.

Doors-On Option: Minimum age is 7 years old.
Doors-Off Option: Minimum age is 12 years old.
Passenger Requirement: Minimum of 2 passengers, maximum of 3 passengers per booking.
Single Passenger: Charged the cost of two passengers.
Weight Limit Per Person: Maximum 275 lbs.
Group Weight Restriction: For groups of 3, only one passenger may exceed 200 lbs.
Weights will be taken at the time of check-in with all items going on the helicopter with you. Due to legal and safety reasons, if weights taken are over the restriction we will not be able to accommodate the tour and you are still responsible for the full cost.

You can cancel your helicopter tour at any time for a full cash refund if you let us know more than 7 days prior to your tour start date with no hassles. Most of our helicopter tours have a 72-hour cancellation policy but depending on the time of year and group size, this could be extended by the vendor to 7 days. Our blanket policy is 7 days. The individual product page will clarify if that particular flight has that longer cancellation period. Depending on the particular tour, there may only be a partial credit.

There are no refunds if you decide to cancel within the 72-hour period. Any tours purchased within 72-hours of the start date, there are no refunds for no shows or cancellations.

Full refunds are provided at any time if we must cancel your tour due to safety, staff issues, or equipment availability reasons.

What Is Your Policy With Weather?

Along with ample sunshine, the islands are also blessed with abundant daily rainfall, which nourishes the lushness and creates the erosive force that continues to shape all the fascinating geology. Most of the island’s waterfalls are sustained only by rainfall, and misty showers often delight passengers with rainbows along the tour. Usually, our typical high cumulus clouds and precipitation do not diminish the quality of your tour, but instead give it dimension and add other exciting facets to your experience. However, if the pilot determines that prevailing visibility, cloud cover, or wind speeds do not allow for a good air tour, or if it is not safe to fly, we will of course cancel the flight. Because weather conditions can change dramatically day to day and hour by hour, the pilots do have up until the flight time to decide. Decisions often cannot be made prior to check in.
Can I Talk To The Pilot During The Tour?

Yes, you can! Except during critical flight stages, such as take‐off and landing, feel free to ask a question, share impressions or comments, and engage with the others onboard. We provide inter‐communication between all occupants of the aircraft as an added bonus.

Do People Get Sick? Should I Take Dramamine?

Although most guests enjoy our flights with no discomfort at all, some guests are prone to motion sickness. If this applies to you, we recommend taking Dramamine or a similar product. As with all medicines, consult with your doctor before use. All flights are sightseeing tours, and our pilots take pride in providing the smoothest, safest, and most enjoyable tours available.
